What is the experience?

<p>Our <i>Amazing Hens Race</i> is the perfect option if you have a large hens group and a bride-to-be who loves challenges and fun competitions. </p> <p>It’s a great opportunity to meet and mix with other wedding guests before the big day and unite in an epic race for the Hens Champ title!</p> <p>We’ll send out one (or two) of our amazing hosts to run the day, and they’ll bring everything you’ll need for an epic hens adventure. </p> <p>The experience includes hosted checkpoints, bar challenges (did someone say cocktails?), and a silly awards ceremony finishing at the venue of your choice. </p> <p>If you don’t have a venue in mind, we’ll happily recommend some great options for your group. We can even deck out the venue with fun decorations for you if you stay for dinner/drinks afterward.</p> <p>You can choose from two different versions of our <i>Amazing Hens Race - Stay Classy or Too Cheeky</i>; both are equally hilarious!</p>

Should you choose to reschedule within 14 days of your event date, you will be charged 100% of the total estimated cost of your booking. This cost varies depending on the costs that our team has incurred. </p> <h3>What do you need from us?</h3> <p>Parking must be either provided or reimbursed by the client. This has not been included in your event price. Should a parking space be unable to be provided on the day, parking costs will need to be reimbursed after the event. Please keep in mind that your hosts may have equipment to carry and may be coming from another event. Close-by parking is essential to beginning the event on time and Amazing Hens Parties will not be responsible for late starts, should this condition be neglected. </p> <h3>Can you organise a venue for us?</h3> <p>Unfortunately we are unable to organise a venue for you. We offer mobile entertainment and do not own any of our own venues. </p> <h3>Is there a travel fee? </h3> <p>Travel fees may be applicable and will be included in your quote once we have received your location details. </p> <h3>When is full payment due? </h3> <p>Full payment is normally due 2 full weeks before your event. Please note some events may require full payment up front.</p> <h3>What happens if some people have COVID and drop out last minute?</h3> <p>The final number of participants for your event must be confirmed 7 days before the date.
