You’ll start at iFLY Surfers Paradise, feeling the sensation of freefall in a controlled wind tunnel with your instructor guiding you through each step.</p><p>After the flight, the pace slows at City Cave Southport with Float Therapy and an Infrared Sauna session.   Both venues are located within a 15-minute drive from each other in Surfers Paradise and Southport, with plenty of nearby cafés and restaurants for your break in between activities.

  Whilst you can do this solo, this experience is best for two people, perfect for couples looking to balance thrill and relaxation.
