<p><b>Indulge with the ultimate 3-in-1 recharge package with our Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and at-home Recharge Guidebook — designed to help you relax and sample a range of wellbeing activities.</b></p> <p> Start with an infrared sauna session at a City Cave location of your choice, where advanced light technology helps your body relax and detoxify while you enjoy music, reading or meditation. </p> <p>Then, drift into sensory deprivation with a Float Therapy session, where you'll relax in a pool filled with Epsom salts, heated to body temperature, to reduce stress and anxiety. </p> <p>To extend and maximise the recharge benefits from the Float and Sauna, we provide a fully digital Recharge Guidebook for you to explore at your own pace.
